भारत-पाकिस्तान की बीच जारी तनातनी के चलते आईपीएल को स्थगित कर दिया गया है। शुक्रवार को हुई बीसीसीआई की बैठक में यह फैसला लिया गया है। अब आज से अगले आदेशों तक आईपीएल का कोई भी मैच नहीं होगा।
आठ मई तक आईपीएल के मौजूदा सीजन में 58 मैच हुए हैं। धर्मशाला में गुरुवार को पंजाब और दिल्ली के बीच चला मैच बीच में ही बंद कर दिया गया। यह सब कुछ पहलगाम आतंकी हमले के बाद भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच उपजे हालातों के चलते हुए है।
पाकिस्तान अपनी हरकतों से बाज नहीं आ रहा है और सीमा पर लगातार गोलीबारी कर रहा है। बता दें कि बारामूला जिले के उरी सेक्टर में गुरुवार की रात पाकिस्तान के सशस्त्र बलों द्वारा किए गए कई हमलों को प्रभावी ढंग से विफल किया गया और मुंहतोड़ जवाब दिया गया।
बारामूला जिले के उरी सेक्टर में सीमा पार से की गई गोलाबारी में एक महिला की मौत हो गई और तीन अन्य घायल हो गए है। कल देर रात को पाकिस्तान सशस्त्र बलों ने पूरे पश्चिमी सीमा पर ड्रोन और अन्य हथियारों के जरिए कई हमले किए।
बहरहाल, अगले आदेशों तक आईपीएल को सस्पेंड कर दिया है और बाकी बचे मैचों के लिए अलग से तारीखों का ऐलान किया जाएगा।
